I had a contract with TalkTalk for £19 for broadband then they started charging me £22 and now I’ve just payed my recent bill for £28. If I were to go to court I would win this case because I know ur not supposed to change the bill like this, a contract is supposed to stay the same. I’m on benefits and it’s getting a bit difficult when the bill keeps going up.

It's probably due to your contract and / or promotional periods on some boosts you signed up for ending.
You should be able to see what aspects have changed by comparing your bills in My Account.
If your contract has finished speak to the Loyalty Team who hold the best deals to renew your contract.
0345 172 0046 is currently working. Say "Loyalty Team" or "leaving TalkTalk" or "cancel TalkTalk" when prompted and you should get through to someone to talk to.
