I have been charged £189 counselling fee when I was told I wouldn't be charged there has also another account being made when I council than account with you guys and simultaneously another account been made and I've been charged that also doesn't make sense why would counsel one count because you cannot clearly give me Wi-Fi even after sending out three engineers you can see all my complaints as I have put them on trust pilot for a numerous number of months now so you will not need to keep asking me the same thing is repetitively like you have been doing on Facebook also
