My most recent bill from Talktalk highlighted the fact that from 5th Januarty, I was going to be charged for this boost. The bill included an additional advance payment for January's boost.
As I don't want to pay for this, I have cancelled the boost via My Account. How do I go about getting the advance payment for a boost that I no longer receive, credited back to my account?

As your bill has been produced you can't request it back now.
However the credit, from the date of cancellation, will appear on your next bill, reducing next months payment.
