Hi
I have cancelled and returned my equipment
you have still charged me
and sent me out another returns kit.
can someone please send out my final bill and refund my overpayments
I have dates of all calls made to yourselves.
please rectify ASAP

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your account.
To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.

Please complete your community forum profile details, @Kingfisher1985, for staff to identify your account. You need to add your Talktalk landline number there.
Go via your avatar/name; settings; Profile Wizard.

Talktalk always bills in a regular billing cycle for the month ahead. Any overpayment will show on the NEXT bill and can be claimed back through My Account.
Keep your Direct Debit details in there to claim back any refund due to your bank account.
