I'm cancelling my account on 23rd March. Yet I've received a bill for the whole month

18 March 2022 - 17 April 2022. Why is that?

Hi mi-kon,

Does it show your account has a credit in My Account?

Thanks,

Jo

Just FYI, I haven't received a new bill including a refund. It turns out, there is a 'Claim a refund' button that i should have clicked to request a refund.

Hi mi-kon, as martswain has rightly said your billing will catch up with you.

It is because your billing date is before your cancellation and the way TT bill in advance.

Billing will catch up once you have left.

Provided your service ends on 23rd, your next bill will show a charge for the 18th to 23rd and a refund for the period of 24th March to April 17th.

This will show as a credit on your online account and as long as a Direct Debit remans in place you can request a refund directly back to your bank.

If you do not have a DD in place you will have to request a cheque.
