Cancelling account follow up

Hi

 

Someone replied to me following up on a cancelling of my account request I forwarded them the relevant information and I have still not heard anything back. 

 

I have also now been emailed saying my bills have gone up, need help with this ASAP

Not sure how to regain attention other than mentioning on the original thread that you had replied and include the @OCE's name in the post.

 

If you still want to cancel your account,  the way forward is now to persevere with phoning.

 

Ask for the LOYALTY team.
