Cancelling contract with less than one month to go

I've just received my final bill before my contract comes to an end next month. If I was to switch away after paying this final bill but before the contract officially ends on the 22nd Nov, will I have to pay an early termination fee? Or as we pay a month in advance, is that me paid up until the end of the contract and can now switch penalty free?

@Camille1990 Very strange , there is no indication of a charge on your account, Would it be possible to screenshot the email and Personal Message it to me, its possibly a scam email.

Sorry that your are thinking of leaving.

 

Just to confirm, as you are in the last month of your minimum term contract there is no cancellation fee.

Hi Camille welcome and sorry to see you go. The team are back on Monday and will confirm but my answer is no charge you have fulfilled your obligations. The only possible billing will be from extras like rental of videos chargeable calls and the likes.
