Cannot access bills

I have recently been upgraded to fibre 35 without my consent, now I cannot access the contents of the bills and payments account, I can open main page but when I try to access individual bills the screen greys out.

Also, when I access Home page and Bills and Payments page, welcome logo only shows first initial of name all other pages show full name. May be of no consequence but peculiar.

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your  account.

To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.

@Ronald9 , not the first and will not be the last time a browser extension, pop up or ad blocker has stopped TT accounts displaying correctly.

 

Thanks for letting us know you found the cause.

 

So many customers blame the TT page when it is actually their own software that is causing the issue.

Turns out to be chromes uBlock origin extension.

Try Chrome browser.

 

If already using it, clear your cookies for all TT sites and also clear cached images and data.
