Cannot access my Talktalk account???

I am unable to log in to my Talktalk account on a browser or the iPhone app. It says my email/password is not recognised even though it’s automatically saved and has always worked previously. The password reset function tells me my email is not recognised and I need to register an account. Try to register an account with my account number and same goes, details are not recognised. Strange that I’m still getting emails with my bill on that I cannot view???

@SocialTeamJo, Dawson59 was a scammer posting from abroad, whose post has been removed.

Definitely within the last couple of months. Can’t even request a password reset as it says my email is not registered when I 100% used this email address.
