Cannot log in to My Account

I'm having the same problem as some other Users.  

Unable to access My Account - says email address or password is incorrect.  Have Reset Password several times via SMS Code and Email, but makes no difference.   I did have a Live Chat recently but the problem wasn't able to be resolved and I was told that the matter would have to be "escalated".  I've heard nothing further since.   Very frustrating!!   

When I was previously able to log into My Account I was greeted with "Welcome back, D" and not "Welcome back, David" - wondering if this might be the problem?  Maybe needs updating at your end?

My contract was renewed on 14 June 2021 and I managed to log in on that date - but nothing since that date.
