Cannot track order in my account

I have a similar problem as this other post: https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Billing-Your-account-MyTalkTalk/Tracking-my-order/m-p/2585506/th...

 

Every time I want to access the tracking order option in my account, this message pops out: "Oops! Let's get you back on course".

 

Is it possible to receive a status update on whether my order may or may not have been delayed or is still on course? I'd like to have a status update for my router (payment has been done already).

I can t find any orders with that reference number, can you please double check it.
