Cant contact anybody bill about to go past due date

Hi i setup a payment extension for the last bill from december which is due today 28th Jan.

 

It was combined with my Jan bill for a combined of £76.40, i have paid it down to £24.00 and i won't be able to pay the rest until the 9th febuary.

 

I have tried contacting through webchat which is closed an through the phone but i just can't get through to anyone that help just get cut off by the automated service.

In case you need to check all options for paying/changing how you pay, @Dazzo313, check this over carefully:

Phone support will reopen 9am tomorrow (not Sunday).

 

Chat support is not live overnight either - that reopens 9am too.
