I made a payment of £80 using my Mastercard which did not show up on the transaction history.
I have checked my credit card and it is showing as payment authorised and £80 deducted.
Can someone please look into this?

We cant find any payment on that date for the amount given, Would you be able to PM me a screenshot of the payment on your statement? Alternatively you can request a chargeback via your card issuer

I have submitted the requested verification.
Here is some background to the issue; On 30/04/2021 at approximately 03:24, I made a payment of £80 via the 'Make a payment' link from within My Account. I wanted to keep the account in credit.
The payment timed-out during the verification step. However, the actual payment of £80 was taken from my Mastercard. The payment is showing as authorised and has left the account. The payment has not been returned, even after 7 days.
Coincidentally, the day I made the payment, later in the morning the entire TalkTalk site was down for maintenance / upgrade.
Please find out where the payment went.
