I joined talktalk in November and have had great service so far. Unfortunately, there has been one slight negative though.
I joined up through TopCashback, which had the offer of £100 back for FasterFibre Broadband. It seems that this hasn't been processed for some reason even though TopCashback has tracked.
Please see attached screenshot as proof.
I have noticed that a couple of resolutions have been made previously, similar to my case.
Any help at all would be gratefully appreciated.
