I need to remove a service from my package, how & when can I do this?

If its a boost to TV or Phone you can do this at anytime in My Account.
If its within the first month on a boost you will pay for the month. After this time any charge is pro rata up to the date you cancel. You pay in advance so should see a credit on your next bill.
If its a change to your basic broadband contract, you will need to discuss this on the phone.
