I`ve recently changed owner of account to myself & have received written confirmation that this has been done from Talk Talk. Although now I am unable to access the account, the process to follow on the letter does not work the links do not exist apparently & customer services refuse to speak to me as I don`t meet security standards?
The process of getting the account ownership changed was a slow & laborious task now this, dealing with Talk Talk has become very frustrating.

@Dave-B, have you managed to access your My Account yet?
We've kept escalating your thread, but staff seem to have missed it.
Arne is away for quite a while - hopefully you'll get a response from staff covering this board soon.
I'll re-escalate this thread yet again!
