I recently re-contracted for my TalkTalk services and was offered 6 months Half Price on the International Max Call Boost. This was confirmed in the copy of the order I received by email. Today I received my bill for October and discovered that I have been charged the full price for the International Max Call Boost, not half price.
Can this be corrected urgently, please.
