Charged 8 months for Unlimited UK call boost we cannot use

Hi there


I have realised that I have been charged for Unlimited UK call boost for about 8 months.


It is such a shame that we have been charged £14 a month for something that we do not even have access to and have called a year ago to say that we are unable to use a landline.


Even now I have tried to remove the Unlimited UK call boost on the "Manage home phone boosts" page but everytime I press update and check later, it is still added. So it is like we have to keep this call boost and pay through the nose to have our internet connection 😞

You can ring 03451 720046 to ask for this to be removed.

The only other thing I can think of is to try disabling any add-blockers you may have running.  Otherwise, the best thing to do is wait for a response from a member of the TalkTalk staff.
