Charges for tv package that i cancelled

I cancelled my talk Talk tv package on Saturday (21ST), but my bill sent today shows that I have been charged for another month.

Looks like they haven't cancelled properly

Your latest bill was probably already in train before you made the change, I imagine there will be a correction and credit on next month's bill.
