After chatting for 3 times and phoning for 3 times regarding  my direct debit problems I now realise the service is a complete waste of time IE not fit for purpose. The people I spoke to although polite and appearing very helpful fail miserably to address my problem. And although they appear to speak English it's not interpreted in the same manner as the English is speak.  So I desperately want to speak to a person in England who I believe will be able to sort out my problem. A phone number to be able to do this would be very much appreciated ?. I've been with TalkTalk from the very beginning of its launch  but maybe this farce will signal the end of the road for me. Here's the advice article on making payments including by Direct Debit. If that doesn't answer the problem then please briefly outline what the issue is and we'll try and find someone to fix it for you.
