Hi I contacted couple times by phone and live chat I informed about the account closure causing my departure abroad, today I got an email saying that my direct debit is withdrawn. It is not possible to restore direct debit because I closed my bank account in the UK
I called several times, I wanted to transfer the account to another person, I was waiting for the transfer form, I was informed that it was sent but I did not get any, once again I am asking to close the account

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your account.
To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.

Hi @kamil250 when did you call to cancel your account? If you would like the support team here to look into this for you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk landline number and/or account number as they were are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.
