Please call me and talk to me, It seems so difficult to do it online.  It is not user friendly.

The usual instruction is to phone 03451 720046 if you are simply closing your service altogether or moving to a different infrastructure network like Virgin.

 

If you are switching to another Openreach serviced provider, ask to keep your landline number, and the new company will organise everything for you instead.
