Communicating with Talk Talk when out of country

I am trying to pay a Talk Talk bill, but cannot reach Talk Talk.

Out of pure frustration, this channel seems to be my only option to reach Talk Talk when out of the country.  

The overseas contact number leave you hanging and has already cost me a fortune. 

Can anyone help with an email contact please.

I have tried the options in the link, but as per the screenshot. I cannot log into my account to update or change anything.
