My telephone landline was out-of-service for the second half of September and my broadband speed was severely restricted at the same time. I thought that the compensation payment for this outage would be automatic, but I have seen no record of it yet. How long should I expect to wait ?

I didn't make a note of exactly when I reported the fault. It was finally fixed in the last week of September.
I have read the note about delays in compensation payments, so I will wait. Thanks
