Whilst help via the community is good I find that the complaints service is awful.
I opened a complaint on 06/12/2019, [Incident: 191206-000370], eventually after an exchange of emails I was told on 17/12/2019:
We are sorry you have had a problem with our service. I have now opened a complaint for you and the reference number is 1-000006-302972-0.
Having not recieved the promised call I contacted the call center today only for them to let the line to go dead on me.
Now trying to reply to the emails just gets the response that there is no open incident!
Can you please use your influence to get the complaint handled in an efficient manner or for them to send a deadlock letter/email so I can take it to arbitration.
