I placed an order as a new customer over the phone yesterday. I have not received any confirmation of the new contact via email.

Also when calling today the advisor could not locate the account?

I obviously don't have an account number to hand as no information or acknowledgement of yesterday's order has been sent to me.

I've tried to search using your email address, with no success. 

 

Did you ask for a new number? or did you ask us to take over an existing landline number, if  it was to take over a number please add that to your community profile and we might be able to find the order.

Are you able to check which Talktalk help number you called for the sale, and the time?

 

That should help Talktalk track it.

 

Did you take the name of the agent you spoke to, @Zak1967?

 

Whenever negotiating with these firms over the phone /internet keep every possible record that you can!
