Confirmed Cashback Not Paid After 4 Month

I purchased my Broadband through Topcashback in October and noticed by November the cashback had been confirmed. It's now May and i haven't received the cashback as payable. I lodged a ticket with Topcashback and they are waiting on you to process the transaction.

 

Can you confirm when this will be resolved pleased?

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your  account.

To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.

Please post in the Billing section. 

 

Find "help with your Talktalk service", then Billing. Click on start a topic. 

 

Please add your Talktalk landline number to your community forum profile details for TT staff to identify your account. Go via your avatar/name; settings; Profile Wizard. 

 

Staff will reply on the billing help board if you post there - look out for their response in a few days' time,  @Jermy09.
