@jp2003 Glad that you got there. The trouble with the Brave browser and it's much vaunted built-in security is that it is often too secure to visit legitimate websites! 😉

@jp2003 a few people have had problems viewing online accounts especially with the BRAVE and OPERA browsers and some AV suites too.
It seems their ad, banner and pop-ups blockers etc are not allowing pages to load correctly.
Chrome without any extensions certainly works, as you have found !
Your post beat mine by 19 seconds.
I guess the BRAVE new world is not all it is cracked up to be.

I've just tried Chrome browser and now seeing things I didn't know existed LOL
I use Brave browser for my internet. Must be a glitch.

@jp2003, if you can't see anything there at all indicating a date, it means you are now out of contract.
You may see a note about that pending in a footnote in recent billing notifications.
You can check previous bills going back through the whole year in My Account, so if you open up an old bill the information should be indicated in the details.

@martswain I've tried that several times but I can't find it. In the help section it says go to the 'my package' section but I don't seem to have that. I think it may be outdated info and they've since removed it.
