Contract Renewal With Free Gift - But no confirmation

Hi all,

 

My contract was due to finish next month and I got the offer of Dot or Doorbell gift if I renew. The service I receive has usually been very good, after checking round, competitor prices were similar so thought I'd stick with TT.

I clicked on the renew button and received the confirmation of the updated account details and new contract end date, but I've had nothing mentioning the free gift??

Hi, I wanted the Ring Doorbell, but at no point did I get an option to choose either of the free gifts offered. I thought it might be after I confirmed I would renew, but no, there was no offer?
