My most recent bill was much higher than the usual (£49.01 compaired to the £23 I'm used to paying with TalkTalk) due to my contract being up. If someone here could help me to renew my contract and go back to the usual price I'm paying, that would be appreciated.

It does sound like your contract and discounts have expired So I would suggest calling our Customer Loyalty Team during Business hours (Monday to Saturday 10:00am to 18:00pm) on 03451720046
You can also try going through My Account.

Contract renewals cannot be negotiated here and staff are not in a position to offer any discounts.
Check your online account for any offers first.
Do your research on comparison sites for the product and extras you need and armed with your target price call 0345 172 0046 and ask for the Loyalty Team.
Make sure you only get what you want, TV is often added by default but can be removed when calling.
