Hello Debbie,

I hope you can help again. 

I am still in India and have a tenant in my home in UK.

I have received 2 emails from Customer Services to say I should call in order to process my order .. what order? 

Please explain why my contract has been amended, why I am being charged more and what order do they refer to? 

Refer to contact details and notes. Either call my Indian number or tenant's UK mobile.

I first need to set up a telephone password but log in to account is apparently unavailable due to technical reasons. I guess it will have to wait until Tuesday.

My contract was renewed with great difficulty from late 2020 and is valid until May 2022. I have no boosts that I am aware of.

Hi @Soggy have you checked in my account to see what is going on? Unfortunately Friday afternoon before a holiday is a bit of a difficult time.

 

If your bill is has increased perhaps you have reached the end of your contract and boosts have expired as well? 

I don't work here and all my opinions are my own.
