I am still in India and have a tenant in my home in UK.
I have received 2 emails from Customer Services to say I should call in order to process my order .. what order?
Please explain why my contract has been amended, why I am being charged more and what order do they refer to?
Refer to contact details and notes. Either call my Indian number or tenant's UK mobile.

Hi @Soggy have you checked in my account to see what is going on? Unfortunately Friday afternoon before a holiday is a bit of a difficult time.
If your bill is has increased perhaps you have reached the end of your contract and boosts have expired as well?
