Contract ending but no renewal upgrades

Hello

 

My contract ends on 4th December and I wish to renew it.

I went to My Account to look for renewal options but none are being shown (apart from some for TV offers).

Obviously, I do not want to go on to your standard rate.

I tried using the Live Chat but the response was so slow I had to leave it.

Are there any other routes to getting a renewal option?
