Contract ending (renew - upgrade)

Hi,

 

My contract ends on the 21st Dec StandardBB I was just wondering when the best time to start the upgrade to faster fibre 

The person on chat said it would take 10-14 days to establish, my bill date is the 17th of every month should I wait a bit longer or do it now?

Your billing date won't change, you will pay a different amount for one month adjusted pro-rata depending on when your new contract starts.

Hi ferguson,

I was thinking about how the Billing worked and whether I would be out of pocket when I switched - I've just paid a bill and I think its paid in advance. I should've said.

I am not sure what you mean by “best time?” The sooner you order the quicker you will enjoy the benefits of faster fibre.
