Contract ending

My contract ends in November & my price is being increased. Talktalk states on the website that a new or existing customer can get any offered price for an advertised plan. At the moment an advertised plan is £23.50 which is what I am currently paying. I am prepared to extend my contract if I get this rate but cant contact Talktalk to do this. Whatever happened to a number to ring!! Or a helpful chat !! How can I get this rate?

Renewals cannot be done here or on chat, you need to call.

 

Call the Loyalty Team on 0345 172 0046, lines open as in the link below, last line OUR OPENING HOURS
