Contract re-sign not showing on bill

Hi,

My contract was due to end at the beginning of March, so I resigned for the reduced price via the link in the e-mail you sent. This showed that it had been accepted and I should get confirmation within 10 working days, however I've now had a couple of bills that are charged at the higher rate and not the £29.95 rate (pre-price increase, which seems crazy as I had resigned).

 

Please could you confirm the new rate and arrange a refund of excess payments made.

It appears that renewal order did not reach us, so you are being charged the out of contract price.

 

Best option would be to call the loyalty team on 03451720088 The will be able to fix this.

He might have been able to clarify everything then, so always check back for replies.

 

If you look in your profile area, you will find that there is an ACTIVITY tab, where you can keep track of all the threads you have contributed to and replies. 

 

You need to phone 03451 720088, after 9am, to clear this all up.
