I have just renewed my contract for 24 months. My existing contract had unlimited uk calls boost which it said would be carried forward to my new contract. This has been done but only for 18 months when my new contract is for 24 months. Why is this?

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your account.
To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.

There's sometimes a limit to how long discounts are set up for, @KCBlack.
Please complete your community forum profile details for TT staff to identify your account and check the mismatch.
