Just received an email with free phone number that offers me a 2 year Fibre 35 extension @ £23.50 per month. When I went to My Account that option is not listed ?

Best option would be to call the loyalty team on 03451720088 Tell them what you have been offered and they will be able to help.

@whistleblower, the offer is listed on TT's own pages:

They often don't show up in My Account, but the email should tell you how long they are holding the offer open to you for.

 

By phoning up you can make sure that no unwanted extras are included, or haggle for a boost to be discounted etc.

 

The usual phone number is 03451 720088 (free from a Talktalk landline) and speak to the LOYALTY  / Better Value team.

I believe that contract renewals are no longer available online, I have moved this to the Billing section so that the support team can advise further.

@whistleblower  maybe it's a "phone only" offer, call them and find out.
