I renewed my contract a few weeks ago and received an email confirmation, however there is no record of it anywhere when I login to my account. I have also been billed at my previous contract rate instead of the new price. Any advice?

Thanks for you post. It looks like the renewal went through on the 14/02/2021 which was after your latest bill.
Any overcharges will show up on your next bill as a credit.
