Contract renewal

Its that time of year again and my contract is up for renewal and of course TalkTalk recognising me as a very long standing loyal customer have offered me sensational loyal customer offer.

 

My 76MBs plan will go from £23 per month to a new price of £33.95 per month.

Or i can have the same as a new customer and Fibre 65 and Line Rental contract for £25.00 per month for another 24 months. 

OMG Seriously how kind of TT to recognise their loyal customers.

 

Not sure what is happening to my room boost and entertainment and film packages or the TV boxes.

 

PS who uses line rental now a days?

As ferguson has mentioned line rental is required to provide the service. So I would suggest calling our Customer Loyalty Team during Business hours (Monday to Saturday 10:00am to 18:00pm) on 03451720046

Your broadband is delivered down your phone line, hence the line rental. Other than that, is there anything else you want help with?
