Ive tried resetting my password - doesn't recognise my email address - the same email address they have sent my bill to today! Cant create a new account even though i have my customer number - says the details are not recognised. HELP!!!

Hi callyann75, if you're still having problems with this. Try making sure there are no spaces in the box either side of email address. This occasionally happens and when it does empty the box hit backspace all the way to the left hand side of the box and then press delete for 30 seconds.
When you've done that try typing the email address in again.
