I subscribed to TalkTalk on 24/08/21 with my installation date being the 6th of September. I subscribed using uSwitch which included a £100 Amazon voucher, with the only caveat being, I had to wait up to 90 days for it. The terms and conditions of the claim mentioned this timeframe and that I would be would receive an email with a redemption code within that time. So I saved every single email I received regarding my TalkTalk membership and checked regularly for emails that mentioned the voucher.
It's now been well over 3 months and I've still not received the Amazon voucher. I would like TalkTalk's support team to investigate my claim and explain to me why I haven't yet received it and when I'll be able to receive it. Alternatively, please direct me to the team that can support me with my claim.
Please let me know if there's any more information I can provide.

Please keep an eye on your spam/junkmail folders for an email from giftcloud.

You need to add your Talktalk landline number to your community forum profile details, @Caitlin6, for Talktalk staff to identify your account.
Go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard.
