I have just discovered that an amount has been going out monthly to Talk Talk on Direct Debit from my business account. I have cancelled the Direct Debit.
I have no paperwork to set against this expenditure. I suspect it may be broadband for an office we no longer occupy, but I have no information at all about it.
I have an account number/payment reference but I cannot access any information on the Talk Talk site. It does not recognise my email address and therefore I can't access My Account.
