Looking at the number of people on the forum who are waiting months for this code and then told it's invalid,is there a realistic chance that I will get my code?.the answers given to them seem to be pretty much the same as though reading a script without them having the problem solved.as a long standing customer ,the customer service is pretty poor it seems.Can you please advise when exactly someone will send this code?

It will help us if you can be sure about your renewal date - was it 14th or 17th November? Just for consistency, if you reread your earlier post.
However, 37 days are well past by now.

You need to wait for 37 days, @joolsg.
If nothing has shown up in your inbox/spam by then, staff will chase it for you.
They would need to identify your account, so please add your Talktalk landline number to your community forum profile details.
