Hi, I've renewed my contract at the end of February and still haven't received any emails regarding how can I claim my free echo dot. 

Can somebody please help me?

Hi Arne,

I can't get pass the telephone enquiry password when trying to set-up a telehone password. I get the:

"Secure verification 

Thanks, we'll get back to you soon" message and nothing else happens. No phone calls, no texts, no emails, nothing.
