Hello 

 

I Upgraded to Fibre 65 last month with the promise of an Echo Dot and smart plug 

 

I spoke to someone on online chat 2 weeks ago who said I should get the email by day 37 but have received nothing to date!

 

When should this be with me?

 

Please advise what I need to do

If you would like the support team here to look into this for you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk landline number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.

Please add your Talktalk landline number to your community forum profile details for TT staff to identify your account. 

 

Go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard. 

 

Staff will reply during the day,  Monday to Friday.
