Email from Yodel saying they are trying to deliver but I haven't ordered anything

The email says the delivery is from talktalk, I have also had a green card through my door, but I have had no comms from talktalk saying they are sending me anything and I haven't ordered anything?

Hi Arne

I have checked my emails and I have received no communications from TT about this.

Is this a free upgrade to Fibre? Which Package are you upgraded me to?

I am aware that the building I live in has recently had Fibre run to it by Openreach; but as far as I know the internal wiring has not yet been run.

Hi PhilipD

 

Your line is being upgraded to Fibre, so the the parcel is a new router. 

 

Once you connect it the upgrade will commence. You should have had an email regarding this.
