End bill enquiry/confusion

Hi,

 

My contract end date was Nov 21 2021. 

 

My bill date is 24/25th of every month.

 

I ended it in December.

 

My end date was a month in advance to let them know so January 21st cut of and end date.

 

I get a bill January 7th? 

 

And not billed for the 21st

 

Then i read up to February I'm owed 3.69.

 

Why does none of this add up? Feels a bit like I'm being scammed here. As it seams another bill might be pending.

 

I need a moderator to explain this to me. Clearly why the bill dates aren't matching up.

You will have been billed in advance up to the date you cancelled. It seems that you have now had an adjustment to put you in credit, which you can claim back via My Account.

 

If you cannot work this out from your itemised bills then make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk landline number and/or account number as they were are complete on your community profile (click here) so that the support team can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to check this for you and respond.
