Engineer charge on this month's bill

Hello, I need to discuss my latest bill, I've got a charge of £65 for an engineer but I was told at the time that if the fault was found outside the property there would be no charge, the problem was a faulty cable in the street. Just wondering if there's anything that can be done.

OK no worries, thanks anyway, it's saying 23.50 on the app so I'm happy 🙂

Unfortunately its not possible to re-issue an amended bill. You will see the credit raised on next months bill, Sorry.
