I've noticed an engineer charge on my most recent bill relating to a visit on 09/12 where the engineer in question replaced my openreach box with a new one, yet when I look up why I might have been charged it says "You won’t be charged for faults caused by Openreach equipment."
If this is the case, why have I been?
