Hi, please could someone from TalkTalk confirm that as I cancelled my service outside of contract I am not obliged to return my TV box despite being sent a returns bag and follow-up emails?

Hi,

 

If you've cancelled then any TalkTalk equipment would need to be returned.

Hi @jdubbya given the bag and the follow-up requests I would say tt think you should send it back. Do you have anything in writing to contradict that? The TT rules seem to be changing so quickly these days, a year ago I would have confidently said the box is yours.
